Opponents are robots more than half the time!

Great game, great look and feel. 2 big problems - 1.) game takes tickets before starting a match. so that if the match doesnt start because of a connection error, the tickets are not refunded. 2.) The game uses robots as opponents which skews results! They are not honest about this but after a while you know if your opponent is human or not. Very dishonest!
